About 1 month ago, I reached out to multiple companies for estimates for a roof replacement. I selected the company whose price was right (the first time) yet not the lowest - but definitely best value based on quality of materials used (which I determined from the estimates and a bit of online research). Moreover, the D&S Best Estimator (David the owner) was very professional - after inspecting the roof, he patiently explained the steps involved and details about the project. David's response was also the most prompt of all estimators - both in initial contact and in providing the estimate. He and his crew came a couple days later, did a fantastic and careful job with no mess left behind. I speak with a good deal of homeowners experience with 40 years of replacing roofs on several houses: Without a doubt the quality, workmanship and knowledge by D&S Best is absolutely superior. Everyone claims they can "do roofs" - but it is an art to do it right - and last. As well, until D&S Best I've had leaking skylights (4 of them) due to the shallow roof angle. In the storm, we had a few months ago ( July 2019 ) some shingles on my house were damaged. There was also some damage to the siding and the roof cover. I called a few companies and I feel like some of them try to take advantage of the situation and bump the price. When I called D&S BEST CONSTRUCTION I reached David and he agreed to come and actually look at the damage. He was at my house a few hours later and he was very patient with me and explained what needed to be done and the price was very fair and affordable. the job was done very fast and professionally and to my satisfaction.
